Burning Bush
This is a challenge to expand your mind in uncomfortable directions. Our passions often blind us to things. Since most poets hate George Bush, he becomes an excellent tool for this excercise. If however you are a Bush supporter, then go the other way, write the opposite, or pick something that you passionately oppose, and support it in poetry.
Easy:
Write an Accrostic (a poem where the first letters of each line form a word)
Medium:
In support of the war in Iraq and George W. Bush
Hard:
Using George W Bush, and not using the words:
Republican, Conservative, Liberal, President, Democrat, God or Penguin
